The Festive Season Menu 2018
The most glamorous time of the year is nearly upon us and we have designed 4 set menus that are perfectly fitting for all your entertaining occasions.
Executive Chef in Residence, Chef Lee Che Liang and his team have crafted 4 culinary journeys using the finest ingredients sourced from artisanal suppliers to create everything from our delectable Dim Sum to our acclaimed Peking Duck.
To accompany the Festive menu, Head Sommelier Philippe Moranges has carefully paired new and old world wines and champagnes, which can be included in the package.
