Our signature dish is the Duck de Chine, we use only the finest ducks, and these are marinated and roasted for 72 hours and served alongside our handmade pancakes and duck sauce. Hours of preparation and a mere moment on the lips but it is worth it!

Whilst it is not absolutely necessary, we do always recommend that you pre-order the Duck de Chine. We would suggest that one Duck de Chine is good for 4 – 5 guests.
