To mark the arrival of the New Year, Park Chinois Doha invites you to celebrate Jade et Lumière, a warm and electric evening and our first anniversary.
From the moment doors open, the night comes alive with vibrant DJ-led music, decadent interiors and an atmosphere that is unmistakably Park Chinois. The celebration builds seamlessly towards a captivating midnight countdown, carrying the energy well into the early hours.
Guests will enjoy a specially curated New Year’s Eve set menu, crafted by our chefs to showcase refined flavours and seasonal indulgence. The experience begins with an elegant selection of dim sum and starters, followed by signature mains featuring premium seafood, wagyu beef and comforting wok-fried classics, before concluding with a seasonal dessert chosen by our Pastry Chef .
Designed to be shared and savoured, the menu reflects the spirit of celebration and the culinary identity of Park Chinois.

احتفاءً بقدوم العام الجديد، يدعوكم بارك شينوا الدوحة للاحتفال بـ Jade et Lumière، أمسية دافئة ومفعمة بالحيوية تجمع بين استقبال العام الجديد والاحتفال بالذكرى السنوية الأولى لانطلاقتنا.
منذ لحظة فتح الأبواب، تنبض الأمسية بالحياة على إيقاعات منسق الأغاني، وسط ديكورات فاخرة وأجواء تعكس روح وهوية بارك شينوا المميزة. ويتواصل الاحتفال بسلاسة حتى العدّ التنازلي عند منتصف الليل، ليستمر الزخم والأجواء الحيوية حتى ساعات متأخرة من الليل.
سيستمتع الضيوف بقائمة عشاء خاصة أُعدّت خصيصاً لليلة رأس السنة، صممها طهاتنا بعناية لإبراز النكهات الراقية ولمسات الموسم. تبدأ التجربة بتشكيلة أنيقة من الديم سام والمقبلات، تليها أطباق رئيسية مختارة تضم مأكولات بحرية فاخرة، ولحم واغيو بقري مميز، وأطباق ووك كلاسيكية غنية بالنكهة، وتُختتم بحلوى موسمية من اختيار فريق الحلويات لدينا.
