Dishes include the chef’s selection of dim sum, our signature Duck de Chine with Osciètre Royale Gold Caviar, Grilled Black Cod with Sacha Sauce, Stir-Fried Chilean Wagyu Bavette, and King Crab served with Hanamaki Buns. The vegetarian Amber Menu features highlights such as Peking-Style Bean Curd Puff and Stir-Fried Spicy Vegetable and Mushroom Noodles.
