Please read these carefully, as your use of our site signifies your agreement to these terms. If you breach any of these terms we may suspend your access to our site.

10. Applicable law
11.1. Credit or debit card will be required to guarantee a booking at Park Chinois. We do request 48 hours’ notice for every cancellation. For bookings cancelled in less time, we may have to charge £50 per person.
12. Price Disclaimer
12.1. We make every effort to ensure the prices published on our menus, website and third party sites are correct and current. However we reserve the right to make changes to all pricing and listings without notice.
13.1. Club Chinois guests are kindly advised that theatrical smoke and strobe lighting effects are used throughout the performance.
14. Dress Code House Rules
14.1. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person considered unsuitably attired.
14.2. Customers are required to dress smartly and appropriately at all times.
14.3. Management reserves the right to apply their discretion at any time to enforce these rules.
14.4. The following dress is considered unacceptable:
- Ripped, torn or soiled clothing
- T-shirts with offensive design/words
- Active sporting attire
- Manual work clothing
- Ugg boots, rubber gum boots
- Open shoes (on gentleman)
- Hats, caps, bandanas
14.5. Please note, overcoats, umbrellas, briefcases, large portfolios, parcels, and bags must be left in the cloakroom, without exception and are left entirely at the guest’s own risk.
15. Health and Safety
15.1. It’s in our health and safety policies that no food or beverage from the outside is authorized into the premises.
