It’s become a signature Park Chinois cocktail, the Truffle Old Fashion is a must- have for truffle and old fashion fans alike. A twist on the classic, it’s made of Blanton’s Gold Edition Bourbon infused with black truffle in-house with hints of maple syrup and walnut.

If join us for dinner, start the evening with our Steamed Egg and Black Truffle or for dim sum fans, the Vegetarian Dim Sum Platter with our Black Truffle Dumpling will give you your truffle fix.
